About the Property
Since her childhood, owner Wil Seyer has held the property at Batali Beach close to her heart. Her father, William J. Thomas (entrepreneur and dreamer) left her the acres nestled between Batali River (fed from Morne Diablotins 4700 feet above sea level) and the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea.
She has carved a stunning Villa amongst the many hundred-year-old mahogany, fruiting mango, rare cocoa, and towering coconut trees in the natural environment. To minimize environmental impact, add structural integrity, and speed building she and her husband (Dan Seyer) with the help of friends (Architect Barry Greenburg, Structural Engineer Roy Wall, Master Building Jim Becker, and a host of others) have raised this comfortable and luxurious Villa with high cube shipping containers as a primary build material.
